Before running a highly convertible lead generation campaign, C’monGround ran a branding campaign to optimize the leads. Turkish Carpets already had a great brand story and potential. They only needed the branding expertise to set the ground so that they can convey their story in a right way to the right customer. C’monGround revised the brand logo, the overall color palette, typography, along with designing all business creatives, e.g. business cards, signs & banners and all branding materials.

The market research conducted under the branding campaign became materialized in the new Turkish Carpet website. On the front-end, we needed to integrate and organize 5K products in a sleek, user-friendly design.

Integrating the stills from various photo shoots, we have created a visually appealing design that integrates appeal with versatility.

We created a new website architecture, product filters and categories for an improved UX and better search engine visibility.

We created user-friendly, highly-converting product pages with light-weight iframe that streamlined brand's conversion goals.

All products were written unique description and titles, which gave the brand an unseen upper hand in the upcoming SEO campaigns.

Besides establishing the front-end design, Turkish Carpets needed to digitalize their day-to-day operations at the back-end side. We created a custom CRM (customer relationship management) system that allowed them to oversee every activity from procurement to inventory management and invoicing. 

A reliable, secure, fast and professional Enterprise Zoho CRM software was created for Turkish Carpets.

Vendor and customer relationships, reporting, invoicing, taxation and inventory management were fully digitalized under the new software.

We integrated the software with iBeacon and front-end design for seamless tracking.

Paid Advertising

The unique business model of Turkish Carpets required tailored advertising strategies on Facebook and Google Ads. With the leverage of a conversion-oriented branding campaign and web design, the success of the campaigns were to be sought in creation of engaging ad visuals, landing pages and the ideal target audience. The result was 2.25x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) on advertising platforms. 

Facebook Ads were utilized by creating conversion and lead campaigns, generating more than 25K clicks in less than 6 months.

Google Ads strategy was to deliver users to a unique landing page, which were utilized by the sales team and converted into sales.

Social Media Management

Using the power of Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, Turkish Carpets showcased their inventory and created an entirely self-sufficient stream of revenue. 

Instagram: Given the visual appeal of their products, Instagram was a must for Turkish Carpets. Focusing on the details and mixing it with the branding elements, they obtained an engaging and loyal customer base.
